Production of a Horizontal Sedimentation Centrifuge with Screw Conveyor Discharge (OGSh) and Control Cabinet Description of the Service
Manufacturing a horizontal sedimentation centrifuge with screw discharge of sediment (OGSh) according to the customer's technical specifications – modern equipment designed for the efficient dewatering of fine-dispersed coal enrichment products.
Along with the centrifuge, a control cabinet was manufactured and supplied, which allows for:
- Automating the dewatering process.
- Monitoring operating parameters to achieve maximum productivity.
- Ensuring continuous operation of the equipment with minimal operator intervention.
The (OGSh) centrifuge is used for processing:
- Coal flotation concentrates.
- Process products.
- Waste from coal enrichment.
Solutions
- Thanks to the centrifugal force and the screw discharge mechanism, a minimal residual moisture content in the product is ensured.
- Automated control. The control cabinet allows for regulating the rotational speed of the rotor and the screw; monitoring the load; preventing emergency situations; and optimizing energy consumption.
